Apple Brandy Cooler
50ml Cognac
25ml Light Rum
75ml Apple Juice
12.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
Dash of Gomme
Dash of Dark Rum
Instructions
Shake ingredients and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Float the dark rum and garnish with an apple slice.
